Oversized sweaters are on point this season and I love them. You can wear them out or tucked into skirts, pants and jeans. For a casual look I paired this one with Levi’s Wedgie Straight Jeans, Nina bow mules, Coach burgundy bag, vintage DKNY earrings and spoon & folk necklace (a gift from my daughter). This Zara sweater is under $50 and is as cozy as it gets.
I plan on wearing cropped jeans throughout the winter, however I will switch to socks and boots. The exception may be nighttime when I’m dashing from the car to the restaurant. Several mules and pumps with bows are in my closet because I’m really into expressing my feminine side these days.
I actually found another pair of these DKNY earrings on ebay. They are so old they’re truly vintage. I bought mine years ago at Saks. Long ago, when I worked as a Regional Account Manager for Estée Lauder, the store managers and buyers would give me a heads up on sale items. Those were the days when sales were special!. Do you remember those days?
I like to squeeze a little playtime into a shoot, because too much of my day is sitting behind my computer while working on my blog. I’m sitting more than I’m used to. If I get really antsy I go jump on my small trampoline a few minutes. Pure Barre is my favorite form of exercise. If I can’t make it, which has been too much lately, I jump or walk on my treadmill.
Up close and personal with these Nina bow mules.
I laid down in the leaves and pine straw and said, “if you want a picture, here I am.”
