Buying clothes for the holiday season is fun. It’s nice to wear something special for the festivities. Thank goodness not all holiday events call for formal gowns – very difficult to wear again and again. But for everything else, I try to get as much wear as possible. Including this sequin skirt.
To take this sequin skirt to work I paired it with a Uniqlo cashmere turtleneck, Nina bow mules, Zara pink coat, Zara faux pearl earrings and Chloe Drew mini bag. This skirt is so colorful there are almost endless options for both sweaters and footwear.
When you want to get a shot without the coat and your photographer thinks he’s being funny. I was hurrying because it was starting to rain and I had no umbrella.
Unfortunately, this Anthropologie skirt is sold out – it went fast. Most of the sequin skirts that have not sold yet have limited quantities and/or sizes. I’ve listed two that might work, but if it were me, I’d wait until fall when there will be a greater selection. You could also achieve this look with a colorful pencil skirt.
This would also look cute with a tee and sandals for a chic casual look on date night in the spring and summer. Of course you could style it as I did for a holiday party or with lots of layers for a cold snowy day.
Thanks for stopping by!
