When you’re getting dressed and realize you’re wearing mostly Zara. What I love about this Zara top, skirt and earrings is they’re smart for either day or night. This outfit is work ready; great for a day time wedding, lunch with friends or even date night. Its polished, feminine look gives it the charm to go anywhere.
Pleated midi skirts are trending and I’m crazy about this Zara one, but also like these “new for spring” options here & here. Your best choice for a top depends on what colored skirt you buy or already have. I recently added this Zara white draped linen top to my closet because I needed a few more basics. This top would also pair nicely with this Urban Outfitters midi skirt, jeans, trousers, or shorts. I particularly like the idea of being able to wear it out or tucked in.
A couple of years ago a local shoe store had a going out of business sale. I scored these Stuart Weitzman kitten heel sandals for a third of the price. I found very similar Mango ones here.
This black velvet drawstring number is one of my favorite little bags. It does have a long shoulder strap but I’m in love with the handles.
Putting my phone back after a call from my daughter. I try not to be glued to my phone (it’s truly not good), but I have a special ring for each family member. If one of them calls, I answer. We have a “NO” phones at dinner rule with the exception of our kids. Well, I do really, really try – I have been caught peaking maybe once or twice!
Thanks for dropping by!
