Blazers are blazing this season and are being paired with just about everything. They’re being redefined and styled in new and different ways with all types of shapes and sizes. Yet the traditional styles, similar to this new Zara blazer I’m wearing, remain tried and true. The coolest part is you’ll see them in an array of colors and textures that make it easy to find the perfect one for you. But the best is pairing a blazer with a “Let Mama B tee”!
Camel is a great neutral color that goes with so much. My favorite is combination is camel and black. But how cute are these Madewell dried flax booties, Let Mama B tee and The Volon animal print bag to tie everything together? To complete my look I added a Mango suede belt, BaubleBar earrings (unfortunately sold out) and Illesteva Isabella sunnies.
This black skirt is over twenty years old. It belongs to a beautiful sleeveless embellished pearl top hanging in my closet. I wore it for a class reunion – and that was a fun night. I’m not going to lie; it feels pretty good to fit into something that I wore in my forties. That said I’ve worked at maintaining my weight and being healthy most of my life. Sadly, my brother died last year (at 61) from a heart attack. I wish he had taken better care of himself. His wife and children miss him something fierce.
Since I’m on a roll of confessions, I love my new tees! Seriously, what mother, father or kid can’t relate to “Let Mama B.” Mama not happy, nobody’s happy – right? We’ve got a size for everyone.
I have not been able to find a camel blazer at this price point that I like as much as this one from Zara. Check it out if you’re in the market for one.
As always, thank you so much for stopping by!
