I love outfits that can go from work to play. This is especially helpful during the Holiday Season, one of the busiest times of the year. Many of us with office jobs and meetings need a professional look that can easily step into dinner or a cocktail party looking like it was intended for the event.
These Mango high waist palazzo trousers are from a pant and blazer set I purchased earlier this year. I often pair them separately to get more wear from each item. For a tailored look I paired them with this Mango white pockets flowy shirt and Anne Klein sweater (old).
For a bit of glam I paired the outfit with these beautiful Yuul Yie nude slingbacks, Mango gold and pearl asymmetric earrings and Urban Outfitters faux fur coat. It’s always a good idea to have a pair of nude heels in your closet as they go with everything.
Although this Anne Klein sweater is almost 20 years old, I am still very fond of it. I particularly like the large cuffed sleeves. The V-neck style really showcases any shirt layered underneath. Here are some similar sweaters that would do the same trick, here, here & here.
I have several pairs of sunnies. One to protect my eyes and two because I like them to match my outfit. I know! Since being diagnosed with glaucoma I take eye protection more seriously than I did in my youth. Never leave home without them!
Christmas decorations are up and shopping has commenced. I’m so proud, I already have hubby’s birthday presents wrapped. All of my shopping has been on-line, sitting at home in PJ’s with coffee in hand. This would not be possible without lots of coffee. Do you prefer on-line shopping or going out and about?
Thanks for stopping by!
